The service is brilliant. Guddu, Shahbaz & Barsha from Housekeeping are exceptionally amazing .. Minakshi the manager & Arun from F&B & all the staff are brilliant. It’s been amazing amazing experience. Thank you. It’s a beautiful way they have taken care of every aspect. Appreciate their help.

Good location, the staff are lovely. Very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and are well stocked. The gym is good with lots of equipment. The hotel food is nice too. All the staff are very kind and always happy to help with whatever you may need. Guddu and Arup were great

Comfortable stay with Novotel

Very comfortable stay. The kids loved the room and the beds were comfortable. We were here for a night on our way back from a vacation. Novotel staff was very friendly and courteous with all of our requests. The South Indian breakfast was delightful. Our server Raj took good care of us.

I have visited this property in May 2024. The hotel is good, clean and at prime location. Hotel staffs are very co operative. While keeping the dinner plates out of my room, I locked myself out, Irisha one of the hotel staff helped to unlock the same instantly. :)
